Being a teenager who constantly struggled with problematic skin, and finding a lack of products that helped heal breakouts without further irritating it; Marisa Viñas wanted to find a solution for her and so many of her peers that were constantly battling with the same issues. She looked to her father, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Luis A. Viñas, M.D., F.A.C.S., to help develop products that could not only help treat her problematic skin but also prevent future breakouts and clogged pores without irritating skin. The products in the marketplace were either terribly expensive, or not created with sensitive skin in mind. Marisa's experience and frustration with the lack of products available to treat some of the most common skin issues led to the creation of V Therapeutic.
